Reminds me of Sibylla, Queen of Jerusalem as depicted by Eva Green in "Kingdom of God".

I've been re-evaluating my pre-conceptions about Islam and the value of modesty in general lately, particularly freely chosen modesty in a world where so many race to nudity in a seemingly universal desire to be coveted by others, to fill a need to be loved. But there is something different about modesty, where the source of love comes from elsewhere, and and something inviolate and dignified about the face.

I don't think I've expressed myself very well, but this portrait is both thought-provoking and intensely beautiful.
